Orders ship from our location within 3-5 business days. We ship using U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International orders are required to ship to billing location only.

Payment authorization and verification must be received prior to shipping all orders. For international orders: taxes, duties, tariffs and handling fees can vary and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tbox satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Tbox, please send us an email telling us why and we may replace it at our discretion (servicegirl@tboxgirl.com). Returns are acceptable within 30 days. A full refund may be given if product is in original condition and returns must include copy of the original receipt. Refund will be minus shipping and handling charges.
